Account device number doesn’t match

So I bought tickets through Ticketmaster for supercross, turns out it got canceled and then rescheduled so I requested a refund. When buying them I checked out with apple pay and then I noticed when going through the refund process it gave me the last 4 of my “card” which I know is actually the device account number but that number doesn’t match the one on my phone? I’m worried the refund will somehow go to someone else if that’s possible. I’m just wondering if that number makes a difference with online Apple Pay or no because everything is electronic and the amount shows it was taken out of my bank account. Also if I don’t end up getting the refund do I contact apple pay or Ticketmaster?
