When i want to move icon from one screen to another , i press and hold the app icon , and when I want to move on other page , there is a block while moving it dont know how to attach video?

Ok , i will try to explain this.
i have tryed on my wifes pro max 13 and she has the same issue
for this to work , or to stuck a bit while tramfering app , you need to have at least 6 full pages.
now try and take something from the first page , and move it to the last , you will see the screen kind holds while sliding app thrue pages
its like that even on 13 pro max
I have also one issue : when i want to see notifications “to pull down the curtain” i cant seem to do that from the dinamic island , when i slide from wehe my time is , top left corner than i can, but , directly from head phone down sometimes it will and sometime it wont slide it.
and for moving the pages , it moves them , in my case , but it kind of srugless , dont know how to explain but on this way.
it moves but it is on the same page , then it moves to second , and second move to third and so on.
it will move app to the last page in my case , but not so easy.
all pages must be full , and there hase to be at least 5 pages

In the order for this to happen , you need to have at least 5 FULL pages , and they need to be in the row.
than you take some app from the first page , amd try to move it to third or forth page.
it will move , it moves in my case to , but it kind of hasitates when doing that.

It is difficult to exactly understand which BLOCK you are facing while attempting to move the app. You may try the following method and see whether that helps:
Press and Hold the app icon, as you do, until the app icon begins to shake and you are ready to move the app, BUT, this time move the Home Screen with your other hand's finger instead of moving the app. It would be like to sliding the Home Screen from under the app icon instead. See whether that helps.

Yeah but what I cant understand.
if it is harware issue , than how come it comes and goes…..
it should be always there , right?
are you on ios 16.2?
When i press and hold , and move with other hand it moves ok.
But it blocks sometimes when i try to move it fast on the slider , dont know do you understand me.
but again , if its a display hardware problem , it would not dissapear right , it would be always there?
And now the new test….
i have 7 pages of apps that i am using.
if pages are full of apps , the problem of moving icons is present.
but if pages have ove last row empty , if you understand me , then there is no problem , and i can move apps wothout a glitch.
so it is not a hardware issue then it is a software , right?

But if anyone have pro max 14 with same thing it may be a software glitch , because ,if it is a hardware thing , than it would do the it all the time , it would not work one time and other not ?

Hardware issues may also be intermittent at times as well. I don't feel that the issue is hardware related though. I still do not understand the "block" portion of your post.

O have tryed without mask , sometimes it works , sometimes it kind of flickers , sometimes it wont work.
but still if it is display , how come it doesnt block my usual activites?
I do not have a problem moving icons from one screen to another on my iPhone 14, so if it’s a software glitch it is a very selective one that affects only your phone.
Is yours also pro max 14

Yes. I have no problem; I move it to the edge of the screen, and it slides to the next screen. Do you have a case on the phone that might prevent your finger from going all the way to the edge?
No, I do not have that problem. I can drag an app from the first screen to the last, and if the last is full it creates a new page.
