macbook m1 chip wont render

I bought a brand new MacBook M1 (16.2) hoping I would resolve the rainbow color wheel of death. But no. I was wrong, as Apple loves to bend their customers over. I paid 3800 hoping I’d have a more efficient editing experience. But I’m highly dissatisfied with the amount of times I’ve had to close my app (fcpx) just to get rid of that d*** wheel. I let the computer render, and it gets stuck at 38% on the background render. My videos are complex, yet only 6 mins long. Why is this happening? I shoot in 1080p like wtf? I’ve googled several solutions and have lost several files due to those solutions, yet they create bigger problems. Apple. This is f***ing bullsh*t. I atleast hit my upload schedule with iMovie, but ever since I’ve changed to fcpx I’ve just had non stop issue after issue. When I use windows and a sh*tty processor chip, use Adobe, I always have a much more smooth experience. I know editing. I’ve even studied it in school. I know how to properly build a video and format it to its lowest capacity. Wtf is the deal here? I bought this piece of 💩 2 weeks ago, installed my plug ins and used an external hard drive to transfer it from my 2017 13” MacBook. That device seemed more promising even though it was the cheapest MacBook Pro in its era.
