What do you mean by "cloned"? Cloning a phone generally means that the information necessary to connect it to the cellular network has been copied to another piece of hardware. This is almost impossible now.
If you mean you think someone copied the data off of your phone, including your passwords, you need to change any passwords that might have been stored on the device.
