My iPhone 13 Pro Max is cloned and my privacy is being violated! The other phone can control and remove any and everything! I’ve literally hard reset my phone 30+ times , changed iphones and appleids 2 x ! When I hard reset to factory I have two apples pop up during erase/shut down! One right after each other with second one a little smaller than first! I know who done it, question is how do I get it out of my phone?

Is there any response that would convince you that your device is not malfunctioning and not compromised? If your answer to that question is “no”, then further discussion here would seem unlikely to address your concerns.
Is it possible that what you are reporting, an Apple logo drawn and interrupted one or more times during certain setup and startup operations, is normal, expected, and not an indication of compromise? Because I routinely see that same behavior here, across multiple devices. That the Apple logo for a bit, and it bounces off and back on, sometimes with a subtle color shift, during a normal startup. I’ve seen that behavior across iPhone, iPad, and Mac, too.
