Hello! I have started an apple one subscription. I currently have the free version but apple music is not working. I used to have individual music but now I have switched to apple one.

Before the apple one, there was only music as an individual service. When I subscribed to Apple One, I deleted the custom music service. could this be the problem?

Hi there adácsi,

If you're still subscribed to Apple One (including the free trial, if available or applicable), then you should still be able to access Apple Music as it is included in all the Apple One plans.

Can you tell us more details on what happens when you try to use Apple Music? Additional details can help us understand what might be going on and determine possible next steps.

In the meantime, you can see if restarting your iOS device may help. Restarting a device refreshes the iOS and apps on a device, which can sometimes help resolve issues. If needed, below shows how:

"How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later

  1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
  3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

Those steps, and steps for other iPhone devices, can be found here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support Let us know if that helps or if you've already tried those steps.

Take care.

Hello adácsi,

To help us better assist you, can you let us know more about what's happening with Apple Music? Are you receiving an error when trying to access or use Apple Music, or something else? That information will help us plan how to proceed.

Please also check out this link to ensure that Apple One was set up correctly, so we can rule out an issue there: Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One

How to get Apple One

1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
2. Tap Apple One.
3. Choose a plan.
4. If you already subscribe to Apple Music, Apple News+, Apple Arcade, or Apple TV+, you don't need to cancel those subscriptions. They will automatically be canceled when you're billed for Apple One.

Thanks!
