Mac Mini switching monitors every time it wakes up 🤬

Since installing Ventura 13.1, my external monitors are switching arrangement (primary-secondary) every time I wake it up. Every time I need to open Settings > Displays > arrange and switch them back, only for the next time to be switched again.

Mac Mini 2018, Thinkvision external monitors connected via USB-C.

Incredibly annoying - Apple get your stuff together. 🤬

Have exactly the same issue - happens as well if you are HDMI and USB-C connected... so annoying
