Iphone 7 iOS 15.7.2 dropping facetime call the minute the other party accepts the call

Hello, I´ve been thru the forum and couldn't find a fix for this. My iPhone facetime is not working, when I call anyone with Facetime the minute the person picks up the call it will drop on my phone, and the other party will see a call failed message. I´m trying to use it within my household and mine is the only one with the problem. there are 2 phones 13 and one 6s that work fine. I reset my iPhone 7 to the factory defaults to no avail. The ios is updated. ALSO, calling from whatsapp wont work. Is there a fix for this?

I have followed all possible trouble shootings on the whole internet to no avail. my internet is fast, I turned off and back on the phone, then facetime, deleted the app and reinstalled it. reset the icloud a dozen times, started fresh, started with the icloud backup, restored the phone using another iCloud account for which the facetime works fine (from my iphone 13), prayed 3 Hail Mary, lit a candle, flashed the bedroom light 5 times.
