Health and Fitness not updating since ulgrading to iOS 16

Hi all! Since updating to iOS 16 back in September my phone (iPhone 13 mini) no longer tracks Health or Fitness. Closing and restarting apps sometimes (about 10% of times) helps, sometimes restart helps (20% of times), but how many restarts a day can you do (my standard at the moment is 5 per day). But nothing offers a long term (more than a day) solution. A brief moment of hope was January 1, 2023 after which everything updated as normal but that only lasted 3 days. I’ve made sure both phone and watch are up to date, all tracking elements between the two are allowed and as said, I’ve done multiple restarts. Is apple working on some sort of a fix or is this a hopeless cause? Any suggestions? I have iPhone 13 mini and Apple Watch Series 7.

Thank you for the non-answer. As stated above, both items are regularly updated to the latest software. Also given that I have experienced these issues for 3 months now, so I find it entertaining that you think I’m having a medical emergency. Basically I take it from your response that Apple thinks that whenever a new version of a product is out, the old ones have to stop working, because god forbid I have a year old phone, how dare I.
