Favorites on messages

Are you referring to the pinned conversations in Messages or your favorites in the Phone app?

If referring to pinned conversations check out the section titled " Pin important conversations" in this article: Use Messages on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

1. In Messages, tap Edit or the More button .

2. Tap Edit Pins , then tap the Pin button .

3. Tap Done.

If you are referring to your Favorites in the Phone app for contacts, you can launch the Phone app, tap on Favorites > Edit to add or remove contacts from your Favorites list.
