I recently upgraded my iPhone and I can no longer see my clipper card in my wallet. I know some are saying to delete the card off my old phone but I can’t do that since that phone got reset already and I did a trade in. Does someone know how I can get the clipper card back on my wallet?

I was able to get my card back on my phone! I went to my iCloud under the phone settings, went to device backups and deleted the backup from my old phone that was still there. Once that was done, I followed the steps mentioned in the previous comment (opening wallet, add button, previous cards, etc) and my clipper card was there. Thanks!

We understand that you'd like to transfer your Clipper card from your old iPhone to your new iPhone.
If you no longer have access to your previous iPhone, you won't have the option to transfer your card as you need access to the original device in order to do so. You can learn more here: Add a transit card to Apple Wallet - Apple Support
