Why I can't see the Previous Cards option on my wallet?

Did you have a question about the previous card category?

Did you read the prior comments? If previous comments is not showing any cards/accounts after several minutes, your likely not backing up your Wallet to your iCloud account. The other possibility is the card you’re looking for has been removed from all your devices and not backed up for a week or more.

It sometimes takes several minutes for the Previous Card option to appear in the Wallet app. Please see the photo below.

Do you not the Previous Card category (outlined in red) or do you not see any cards listed? Please refer to spinning wheel arrow points to. When the spinning wheel stops (which make a minute or more) the catogry will populate with previous cards, if any.

What exactly are you experiencing?

Did you ever get this fixed? How? I am having the same issue. I try to transfer my apple cash to my bank but it shows under previous cards, "NONE". When in fact there are cards in my wallet (even after the loading spinning wheel). When I try to add a card it states that card is already loaded! I have turned off apple cash, restarted my phone, turned apple cash back on, and even check to see if my phone needed an update. I even tried to load an additional card to transfer to but it continues to say none on the previous cards! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I have the same issue. Why doesn't the available payment cards populate in the "Previous Cards" category when they are clearly there?

It sometimes takes several minutes to populate the previous card field once the category is clicked.
