Send later in Mail

Hi, I'm on Monterey on my 2020 iMac but don't seem to have the Send Later drop down on any emails I compose. What am I doing wrong please?

iMac (24-inch, M1, 2021, 2 ports)

This feature is available in MacOs Ventura. Can you update to Ventura?
