Screen time not working
Since upgrading our phones to 16.2, screen time keeps completely turning off each day and i am having to re-set everything

i have it password protected. Ive changed it multiple times and even kept their phones with me for a few days to validate that it wasnt them turning it off. NO ONE at Apple is responding to my case and I never got my call back. I’ve submitted multiple videos showing what happens. I even submitted video from my sons phone showing that screen time was on, yet he had access to everything.

We understand that you have had issues getting in contact with them before, but we recommend trying again as they are in the best position to help you with your issues with Screen Time.

You may consider enabling a Screen Time passcode for your devices. This will ensure that Screen Time cannot be disabled or modified without entering the passcode.

I keep calling Apple support and cant get past the first tier. They keep doing the same troubleshooting. I’ve submitted multiple screen recordings and no one is following up on this.
A passcode isn’t the problem. I have one and multiple times a day I go in to view the downtime schedule and all limits I’ve set up and they have disappeared giving my kid full access to their phones. I am so frustrated, I am ready to switch to android or another non apple device. Please fix this.
