Screen Time keeps turning itself off

I have Screen Time set up on my phone and something happens that causes it to reset and turn itself off EVERY DAY! 1) my settings are NOT shared across devices 2) my phone is updated (and as a matter of fact, it sometimes it occurs AFTER an update and other times before) 3) when it happens it COMPLETELY resets…ie Allowed apps reset to default, content and web restrictions are turned off and all allowed or not allowed websites are deleted, downtimes are turned off. It is very frustrating because if it is doing it on my iPhone 12 Pro, is it also doing it on my kids?
