Wi-Fi dropping iPhone 13 IOS

1. Does this only occur with the Wi-Fi network you're currently using, or does this also occur with other Wi-Fi networks at other locations?
2. When did this start to occur?

Hi, I have exactly the same issue. My fairly new iPhone 13 keeps dropping Wi-Fi connection. It happens at home at work, everywhere. Started noticing a week ago and now it is very annoying. I have already tried restarting the phone, the router, make the phone forget the Wi-Fi setting etc. I am on IOS 16.2. Any help would be highly appreciated!
