Mac Studio Ventura 13.1 won't connect VPN

Got a new Mac Studio this past week. Trying to set up my work VPN and even though I have the settings exactly the same as the work MacBook Pro I can't connect on the Mac Studio. I keep getting the below error. The laptop is also running Ventura 13.1 and I connect fine.

What am I missing? I tried solving the problem hunting online for answers and then with Apple and I was informed since it wasn't an Apple issue, but VPN one, that they can't help me.

I've quadruple checked that all of the settings match.
