Can deleted emails from the Mac "Message Viewer" window be recuperated?

Can mails deletedfrom the macOs Ventura 13.0.1 "Message Viewer" window be retrieved?

As still using Monterey on my Mac, am unable to check:

Mail Settings may determine whether deleted eMails go to

Mail's "Bin (Trash)" or "Archive" Folder

ie: listed in the left pane with other Mail folders.

So you could check in those folders for your deleted eMail.

If needed: You might want to check or change the setting:

Eg: on Monterey ... it is:

Mail > Preferences > Viewing . "Move discarded Messages into: " (Bin / Archive)
