Safari Bookmarks not syncing with either my iPhone 14 Pro or iPad Pro (11-inch 3rd Generation)

For the pest several weeks, my bookmarks have disappeared and not reappeared on either my iPhone or my iPad. Everything is fine on my MacBook Pro (2019 16"). I am running MacOS Ventura 13.1. On both my iPad and iPhone I am running IOS 16.2. The iCloud account name on all three items are all the same, the date and time are all correct. I cannot find any answer as to how to rectify this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If your Safari bookmarks aren't syncing as expected across your devices, the 'iPhone, iPad, iPod touch' section here can resolve what's happening: If your iCloud or Safari bookmarks aren’t syncing

If this continues after looking over that, then Apple Support would be the best equipped to investigate this behavior further. Contact them here: Get Support
