External Display Dell U4919DW is not woking after update to macOS Ventura 13.1

Hi,

After I update the macOS 12.x to macOS Ventura.

Once I connect to my external display (Dell U4919DW) , then it show as the following image:

Does anyone know how to fix it ?

External Display Issues — Ventura 13.4.1 Update M1 Mac Mini, about six months old, with two 27" HP external displays running just fine until updating to Ventura 13.4.1. Either one will still work in isolation via HDMI. But neither will show anything via either USBC port. Have tested with several cables and also switching power supplies. Sometimes, evidence of the other monitor will constantly flash up in Displays settings, only for a second at a time, with nothing visible on the actual screen. Other times, connecting USBC sends both screens black, which will remain that way until only HDMI is connected again. Literally nothing changed with configuration except for updating from an earlier version of Ventura (suspect 13.0.1 but uncertain) to 13.4.1. LG display not detected on Macbook Air M2 2022 Plugging LG display in to my MacBook Air via USB-C cable that came with display charges laptop but does not detect display. The display turns on when I plug in my iPad Air 5 to the same USB-C cable so it's not a cable or display issue. When I changed my 'Allow accessories to connect' setting to "ask every time", the dialog box appears and disappears every few seconds. Even when I manage to click Allow, nothing happens. I've tried a couple other cables (Belkin thunderbolt 3 and OWC thunderbolt 4), restarting, putting laptop to sleep... and nothing has worked. Anyone else have the same issue and found a solution? Mac OS Ventura + LG Ultrawide 49" Hello, I was searching for a solution for my external LG display that is no longer working after upgrading to 13.0 Ventura. I found a similar question in the dev. web Ventura - External Displays not wo… | Apple Developer Forums I have exactly the same issue, so here are the basics: System specs: Macbook Pro 13", 2019, 2,8 GHz Quad-Core i7 Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 16GB Ram Display specs: LG Ultrawide 49WL95C-WE The display is/was connected by USB-C PD and worked on the native solution of 5.120 x 1.440. After updating to Ventura the screen of both devices LG Display AND Macbook are garbled. I also tried to connect with teamviewer, and changed the resolution and also the framerate down/up but the issue stays the same. I can run the display with HDMI, but just with lower resolution. PRAM/SMC reset was done already. Oh I tried different cables as well, but it might not be the problem, as the cable worked before the upgrade. Any ideas how to solve this? Thank you!

I use the USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter.

I've seen another post suggesting that the adapter doesn't work for them, either, under Ventura.

Maybe it would be a good idea to contact Apple Support about the problem.
