iPhone 14 shutting down randomly
Anyone else’s iPhone shutting down randomly? It won’t stay on. I’ve already reset network settings, checked for an update and soft and hard reset the phone. Please help!

If instead it shuts down completely, let us know more to help resolve this:
- Does this happen when using a certain app or completing a particular function?
- How much battery life do you usually have when it shuts down?
- Are you able to immediately restart it? If not, what steps do you take to get it started up again?
