my iPhone 13 keeps shutting down randomly and I have tried and tried to turn it back on and give it a force restart but nothing is working. It is really frustrating. How can I make it stop ? And why is it happening ??

If the Force Restart is not solving the issue, then you have a hardware problem with the phone.....it's likely either the battery or the motherboard.
Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop.
