No ProRAW feature

We have a 13 & 14 Pro neither have this feature. Apple claims that 14’s camera is superior. It’s no better than a 7 or SE 2nd gen. Very disappointing.

Hi Bubba,

thus is what I’m trying to say. It’s not an option on the 13 or 14 under format. I’ll include a screenshot.

Thanks

Both the 13 and 14 Pro are supported models. First, you need to go to Settings > Camera > Formats, then turn on Apple ProRAW under Photo Capture, as seen below. The 14 Pro also allows you to choose a resolution- 12 megapixels or 48 megapixels.

Then, you can click the the oval with the word 'RAW' inside it at the top corner, as shown below. Note that ProRAW isn't available in Portrait Mode.

That's odd.

You could try a force restart. Press and very quickly release the volume up button, press and very quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button for about twenty seconds. When the Apple logo appears, release the button. The timing is a little tricky, so try it a few times.

If you're sure it's a Pro model, I would contact Apple Support for help.
