None of my child’s “Ask to buy” notifications are going through

Even if “Ask to buy” is turned on and my Apple ID is correct, none of the requests that my child is sending me is going through. I’ve done everything this site has said to do but nothing is working. Does anyone know what to do??

Did you figure how t fix this issue? Same thing is happening to me. At first, it was working great but after a few weeks I wasn’t getting the notification on my iPhone. I checked my iPod touch and everything was going to my iPod. I tried resetting everything, I even turned off the notifications on my iPod to force the notifications to my iPhone 13 and nothing. This is getting annoying.
