it is generally not needed. if you are finding you have glare issues, try reducing the amount of light shining on the screen before you buy anything.

When I "said anti glare screen protecter". it is not anything to spay on the screen. Apple sell it. A Kensington privacy screen. they say it reduces glare by 22%. any thoughts on that?

Yes, the screen has an anti-glare coating already, and
NO do not EVER apply anything to the screen!
