Eliminate the black screen interval when swithching between formats and dynamic ranges

Can we eliminate the black screen interval when switching between formats? I am currently using LG C2 TV, and the black interval is around 5 seconds which is really disruptive. I have used the LG TV native Netflix apps and there is no black screen when switching dynamic content from SDR to Dolby Vision.

Problem when switching from Dolby Vision mode I recently bought movies through the iTunes Store to watch on ATV. By default, my ATV is set to 4K SDR 60 Hz with 2 Match options on. When Istart movies both through the Itunes Store app and via ATV+ app, the mode automatically switches to Dolby Vision. But after exiting the player, the mode does not return back to SDR, but informs that Dolby Vision is turned on and the screen turns black. Using the Back and Minus buttons, I turn on the mode that shows the picture (usually it's 4K Dolby Vision 60 Hz or 50 Hz). Going to the video and audio settings, I can't turn on the SDR mode, because the TV reports that it's Dolby Vision mode and shows a black screen. If I leave everything as it is and turn on YouTube, then the TV shows Dolby Vision mode icon and shows a black screen. The problem is partially solved by disabling Match Dynamic Range, but I don't need it like that. The problem is completely solved by completely rebooting the TV and does not appear until I turn on the movie I bought again So to summarize, the problem appears when watching purchased movies and lies in the fact that ATV continues to send a signal in Dolby Vision format, at least that's how the TV perceives it. I can't say that the problem is due to the tvos 17 update, because I haven't watched the purchased movies before. And the GoogleTV was not updated at all TV TCL P728 ATV 2022 64Gb

AppleTV 4k picture fades in and out in dark scenes During dark scenes my Apple TV picture will fade/wash out to faded grey color and then back as the scene brightens. The apps on the TV (a 65”Samsung QN900a) play the same content fine as well as other streaming devices this seems to be limited to my AppleTV 4k.

That’s how long it takes for your TV to recognize and adjust to changes in the HDMI signal. It differs by TV model.

The transition can be avoided by turning off the Match Content settings. Then the signal is fixed and no transition is needed.
