AirPods Pro 2 Audio Glitches Every Few Seconds on iPhone 11 Facetime Calls

I bought a pair of AirPods Pro (2nd gen) about 12 days ago. Whenever I'm on a Facetime call with them on my iPhone 11, the audio I hear glitches every few seconds. It's like a robotic effect applied to the audio which distorts it and makes it go high pitched. This also only happens on facetime, not on other types of calls. I also don't face any issue in listening to music.

This doesn't happen while using the AirPods Pro 2 with my Macbook Pro (M1, 2020).

I've reset my AirPods multiple times and restarted my phone too. What can I do now?
