My TouchBar has recently disappeared along with all Touch Bar controls and options in the settings. Ive already tried everything suggested online but nothing seems to work. It reappeared briefly along with the setting options but quickly went away when I restarted my Mac. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

If you already tried everything then take it in for a hardware issue.
