Siri doesn't make the ding anymore

I know this is the new "normal", but is there any way to get it back? When I call Siri across the room to adjust my music its hard to tell if she heard me or not, and when i'm not looking at my phone this is 99% of the time when I"m using Siri

Issues with Siri on my iPhone Sometime in the last year, there was an iPhone update and ever since then Siri keeps listening after I give her my initial request. The little blue circle keeps spinning at the bottom of the screen to show me she still listening, but I’ve already made my request and don’t want her to keep listening for another one. This is usually a case when I’ve asked Siri to play a song in Apple Music and then the song sounds like a CD skipping because she’s still hanging out on the screen trying to listen for my next command. This is not very helpful while driving at 65 miles an hour down the freeway and trying to utilize her as a hands-free option. I really hope I don’t get into an accident because I’m now required a fumble with my iPhone when, for the last 10 years, it worked perfectly fine. i’ve tried all the various workaround solutions listed on this website, but none of them have fixed the problem. “Hey Siri” not beeping please fix When I got my iPhone 13 Pro whenever I call Siri, she doesn't do the double beeps (or *ding-ding*) when responding. I've checked all the settings but can't find which setting enables/disables this. On my previous iPhone Siri would respond with double beep/ding ding. This was very useful as it was loud and I most often used it to locate my phone. now on my iPhone 13, when I “Hey Siri” all I get is a faint “Hmm” or “HuH” this is not helpful. I have checked all settings. I believe this is something to developers need to adjust, it was better before.

Siri When I asked Siri what the volume is on my iPhone 12 this morning, as I have many times, her response was "Sorry, there was a problem determining volume." And, an alarm she set last night didn't go off this morning. I was awake already when it should have gone off. I checked the alarm just now, with her setting it, and it worked fine. But the problem determining volume is still present. This morning was the first time that ever happened. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

No, there is no way to get it back. If it doesn’t do what you ask it didn’t hear you.
