Updated to Ventura - printer presets won't save

Help! I am an artist, and I do high-volume printing. After updating to Ventura, I can no longer save my printer presets. I have to go into the printer settings menu and change the settings for every single print. Before updating, I had all of my settings saved for each size print, now I can't even save to print high quality. I print through photoshop and I can't seem to find a work around.

I have tried updating my printer driver, uninstalling the printer, and reinstalling it, I have tried resaving all of my previous settings, and they all default to low-quality printing.

This update has got me pulling my hair out!
