Problem with iPhone XS Max and airpods pro 2

I have a problem with iPhone XS Max and airpods pro 2.
When there is an incoming call, the headphones automatically reconnect to the phone. Alternately, transparency modes are arbitrarily turned on for a second in each, then noise reduction. It takes 12-15 seconds to work normally.
There is no such problem when making an outgoing call.
All other functions work perfectly.
The recommended reset of the headphones did not help.
I tried all possible manipulations with the phone. Even firmware via DFU did not work. Before that, there were no problems with connecting any bluetooth devices. Headphones on the wife's phone do not have such problems. She has 11pro.
