Mac Compressor shows 'Missing Plugin' and Red Screen after Final Cut Export

Test:

• added ProRes 422 to the destinations in FCP.
• Did share to that destination
• Works as expected. -output to file
• THEN, Same project in FCP, use "send to Compressor".
• Drag same ProRes422 onto the batch.
• Get "missing plug in" a few seconds later before I do anything else like start batch
• no idea how to figure out what plug in they are talking about
• open another FCP Library and a simple, single clip project with no effects, etc.
• Same results

• I dont have those two apps so may not be able to help you there.
• I'll try optimizing...which I thought was default
• I can output directly from FCP....as Ive done for years. This season I decided to try and start using Compressor....and about my luck, its broke.
• Gonna drop this research. I noticed it was a topic 6 months ago and didnt go anywhere.

Here is "shark bump" project which was second test. This snip I hope shows project properties you are looking for as well as media type (GoPro). I do not know of a plug in required for any of my media to work which is typically Gopro or iPhones. I only use plugins for effects sometimes.

as for why I'm trying ProRes 422 as output....I'm just looking for a good "master" to output before I archive the work. I welcome suggestions on that as I read a lot of various opinions yesterday. Point is, it's still broken in compressor.

Just tried something simple.....send to compressor and used the Apple HD . Same result

Just tried new Library with a single clip project from iPhone. Same results.
