I want to upgrade to Apple One with the family plan, but members of my family are concerned they will lose their private playlists if they join the family plan. Will they still have access to their own playlists after joining?

According to another thread, when (re-)enabling iCloud Music Library, the playlists are moved over. That makes perfect sense since your library is tied to your personal Apple ID. In fact, only the payment method will be updated, kind off.
