AppleCare+ country not listed

I'm trying to add extra protection to my new iPad Air 5th Generation by purchasing AppleCare+ plan. The issue I'm facing is that my country isn't listed. The question is:


1- Do I've to select the country which I purchased my iPad from ? if yes, What if the country is not listed ?


2- Since the AppleCare+ is international feature, what difference it will make if I purchase it from US or UAE for instance ?


Hope to get right answers for my concerns.

You need to buy it from your (the same) country where you purchased the device. The warranty is not international; in fact, it includes that it is valid in the country of purchase. And it is not available in all countries - if yours is not listed, then Applecare is not available in that country.
