I have automatic updates turned on but neither receive notification that an update is available nor are iOS and macOS updates automatically downloaded. The only way I receive a software update is to periodically check and manually download. Why?

If and I mean if this is related to the User Profile " MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.0 " this is macOS 13 Ventura
Refer to 2 images below and make sure ALL options are Enabled
I have 2 Apple Computers and both are running Ventura.
It has worked when there was an update from 13.0 to 13.0.1 and again from 13.0.1 to 13.1
