Visual Voicemail sending to Deleted Folder

All of a sudden when I have a new voicemail, it immediately goes to the Deleted Messages tab in Visual Voicemail. How do I have it show up as new and not deleted on my visual voicemail?

Deleted voicemails keep returning? I keep deleting voicemails, going in my deleted, messages, deleting again, and they return to the inbox. As though they are new with the blue not listened to dot

Voice mail is entire provided and controlled by your carrier. Contact them for support.
