Banking app will not load. I've deleted it on both iphone and ipad and I turned the device off and restarted it. downloaded the app same result I get the error 0014 message with loading spinning. Bank has no idea what it could be...

SOOO, I was turning off the VPN in the iphone settings...unbeknownst to me as soon as I left that screen Norton Mobile VPN was turning it back on. As soon as I turned VPN off on the Norton Mobil app the banking app wprked.
I've notified the Bank because they told me the VPN was not the issue and would not affect their app.
