Slow to no Safari connection when using Sky Wifi
Hoping someone might know what the issue is here. My iPhone 13 Mini has stopped working with my home Sky Wi-Fi. Basically, I can’t search / load websites on Safari (or it is extremely slow) and some apps run very slowly or not at all. To look up a website, I either need to switch off Wi-Fi and use data, or us Chrome which appears to work ok.
My family are having similar issues with their iPhone 11 and 12, but we have a new iPhone 14 that is working fine on the wifi. My Mac also works fine on as does my iPad.
I have tried forgetting the network, switching off, and rejoining. No joy.
It all seems t have started when we updated to iOS 16.2, but no idea if this is related.
Anyone got any idea as I’m at a loss and we are burning through data on our mobiles.
