Safari is showing "Error composing block page" on all sites except for Apple.com. Running Ventura 13.1 on a MacBook Air Apple M2 - Safari 16.2
Chrome and Firefox seem to work just fine? What setting or settings have I got wrong with Safari?

Have you tried opening Safari with the Shift key? It might fix the issue.
If not, Safe Mode might be worth a shot (Shift on startup).
