I want the icons to move when I move/shake my phone and not being on edit mode.

I own two iPhones, 6s and 13 promax. The icons on my iPhone 6s would move like in a circular motion when I would move/shake my phone and I can’t remember when or how it started but I loved it. I wanted my 13 to do the same but I don’t know how to get it to do that. And just recently they stopped moving in my 6s and it’s sad to just see the icons still. I would like to make the icons on both my phone move. When I say I want them to move/wiggle I mean I want them to move a little when I shake or move my phone without being in the edit mode. Please don’t give me the answer about press the screen and they will wiggle and you can move or delete apps I already know about that. I’m talking about something different from that. This is more like a visual effect or response to the phone physically moving. I enjoyed that feature it was relaxing to me, sort of like the sound of the keys are to some people. Please help. Thanks!
