My new I Pad didn’t transfer my outlook gmail account info. What do I do?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with seeing your emails on your new iPad. We'd like to help.

How did you transfer data from your old iPad to your new? Did you use Quick Start, iCloud, or a computer? When you go to Settings > Mail > Accounts, do you see your Outlook and Gmail accounts listed? Are they enabled?

How to set up your email account automatically

If you use an email provider like iCloud, Google, or Yahoo, Mail can automatically set up your email account with just your email address and password. Here's how:

1. Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.

2. Tap Add Account, then select your email provider.

3. Enter your email address and password.

4. f you see Next, tap Next and wait for Mail to verify your account.

5. If you see Save, tap Save.

If you don't see your email provider, tap Other to add your account manually.

When these accounts are showing in your Settings, your emails should populate in the Mail app.
