When I swipe up to set, for example, Focus, I see "Speedcheck & System Services" at the top. Clicking on that, under Privacy I see "Speedcheck Location".
Is this leftover malware after using an app by the same name? I supposedly got rid of it. How can I remove it?

I certainly do all above EXCEPT I used an app called Speedcheck, which I allowed my location yo be used to test my internet speed. I removed it (it seemed to be seriously wrong). Now I see what I described. Do you see it on YOUR phone?
So I may have inadvertently let it be hacked. Question is: How to get rid of it?
Keep the iPhone updated to the latest iOS always and never Jailbreak. That's it.
iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware if it is updated to the latest iOS/iPadOS unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device or/and have Jailbroken.
It (Hacking) also depends on how careful you are in sharing sensitive and valuable information pertaining to your iPhone such as Passcode, Password, etc with your friends and family members.
Be judicious when sharing the device's sensitive and valuable information with friends and family members.
Darn, I no longer have the issue, but I can’t remember what either I did, or what happened, to change things around. It definitely was not a single Apple update to iOS that solved the problem, that much I remember.
Sorry I can’t help right now, but I’ll do my best to recall how things evolved.
