Group texting not working

I upgraded my iPhone 11 to iPhone 14 and now I cannot receive or send group texts to non iPhone users. I can send texts one to one. Group texts work with other iPhone users. I have all the MMS and Group texts settings on and my carrier plan supports SMS texting. My phone changed and not my plan. How do I enable this new phone to get group texts from non iPhone users. I have tried everything including resetting network settings, restarting the phone, and making sure all my group and MMS settings were correct.

Let me guess. Your carrier is Verizon. They’ve apparently had some sort of issue with people who upgrade to the iPhone 14 series. Only Verizon can resolve this. You’ll need to call them and ask to speak to a senior technician.

Thank you. I did call them and they had to reset my network service remotely. It was not anything related to the settings on my phone. It is fixed after a few reset things on their end. I would never have figured this out otherwise. So thanks again.
