My Magsafe battery pack is not holding charge itself. It charges my phone when the battery pack is connected to a power source and my phone is then connected to the battery pack, but it doesn't work when disconnected. I've given it plenty of time to charge on its own using a known working cord and brick and it will still have no charge even after days. It's stopped working only a week or so after I bought it.

Are you using a 20W or higher power adapter to charge the MagSafe Battery Pack? This is the requirement for the battery pack to charge. You can also review the instructions for the MagSafe Battery Pack here:

I have been using a 20W charger which is why I’m confused as to why it isn’t holding charge. The same charger charges my phone so I know it works. Let me know if you have any other ideas.
