Hello, I own one of these magsafe battery packs. It worked for 1-2 months . I tried to charge it and then I realized it wouldn’t charge. Can anyone help me understand why it wont charge? The battery pack itself wont charge or charge my phone. Is there a reason for this?

could be
dirt or lint in the ios devices port when that happen to me I clear it out with a match or toothpick
a defect cable, testing with another cable could show if it is so
a defect port in the device
if new it would be under warranty

Check the port on the MagSafe Battery Pack to make sure no dirt or debris is in it. Also, you can plug a cable into the MagSafe Battery Pack and then have it attach to your iPhone to charge both at the same time.
