Column browser in Music app

The column browser on the music app on my MacBook Pro has become unstable. Cannot browse, it automatically reverts to the top. Also doesn't seem to be able to scroll through a large number of songs.

I have over 150,000 songs and 1600 artists in my collection, so it has become nearly impossible to browse

Unable to scroll or navigate Music 1.3.3.2 I am running (recently updated to) Ventura 13.2.1 The Music [desktop] app is plagued with bugs that did not exist in iTunes. Inability to scroll through a menu in the browser pane. Where I once could type the first few characters and would take me to the relevant point in the song or artist list for example, does nothing. The side scroll bars barely work, they might scroll a few points and then no further. The reduced search parameters, for example, searching my entire list by artist/title/album etc is no longer available, thus the added requirement to be able to scroll once I've narrowed a search down. Similarly, clicking on an item within a list does not "take me there" and I need to use the down arrow to move one track or position at a time through a list I have restarted my Mac multiple times I have changed the settings within Appearance > Show scroll bars to the various configurations but makes no difference

Apple Music won't scroll When I go into Apple Music and choose an artist on my macbook M2, running Ventura 13.2.1, I can only see the landing area and cannot scroll down on the page to see other albums, etc. Tried track pad and arrows to no avail. Went into System Settings and all the trackpad settings look good. Makes using Music app almost useless. Any suggestions.
