Keynote, Pages and Numbers v12.2.1 not downloading

Could really do with some help if anyone can point me in the direction of what's wrong?

Just clicked update all on these apps but keynote and pages (and numbers) aren't downloading.

I updated to the latest OS but still the same issue.

I deleted numbers to see if that would help but when I search for it I get the same

I can open Keynote and work on it. But get this message with Pages (and also had it with numbers).

I have switched the computer off/on several times. No difference
