Junk mail rule marks as read messages in All Inboxes

I created (or it was) "Junk" rule to mark as read all messages that are junk mail. It works. But this rule also marks as read all messages that are go to "All Inboxes". This is the last rule in my list and it seems it marks as read all messages. When I unselect this rule, all new messages from "All Inboxed" and "Junk" folders marked as unread.

How to fix it? I want mails from Junk folder only be marked as read applying this rule.

Mail version 16.0. I can be wrong, but few day ago it was 16.2.

I'm not sure why it affects all the messages, but a rule only runs automatically on message that enter the Inbox.

If you have the Junk filters enabled, there is a setting to filter junk mail before applying other rules.

If you did not do so, you might want to set Perform custom actions in Junk Settings, then click Advanced and add the mark as read action after Move to Junk folder.
