I use multiple mailboxes in Mail which are located 'On My Mac'. Is there a way iCloud can sync these mailboxes so I can use them on my laptop as well as my desktop?

Drag the folders into your email account. Accounts should be listed below the "On My Mac" heading. Expand the account that you use (if necessary), and then just drag that folder.
The email items will then upload back into your email account inside that folder and sync across devices.

Thanks muguy. Where would I put the folders in my email program? I use Apple Mail. Could I place them under Favorites?
