Can’t get rid of Apple Music offer popping up.

I would like to know how to stop Apple Music subscription from popping up on my iPhone SE. I would like to purchase from the iTunes Store without subscribing. I can do this on me MacBook but I can’t on my phone. I have turned off Apple Music in settings on my phone but this didn’t solve the problem.

You can purchase music on an iPhone by opening the iTunes Store app.
